In "My Account -> Profile -> Edit profile you can add and edit their own profile information. During registration, the "Basic data" requested. You can tell a lot about yourself if you want. So you can easily find each other and others to contracts.
Oh yes, you're missing information that you would like to collaborate with others, make a proposal. It just may happen.
My Profile
In My Account -> Profile -> Public can find their own account information. A nice touch, look eg someone in the neighborhood with matching data in order to work with eg click on where you live. We then get shown a list of site participants from the same hometown.
